We cannot allow you to use another person’s Account or to share your Account with any other person without permission. You can delete your Account at any time by going to the ‘Settings’ page when you are logged in and clicking on the ‘Delete account’ link.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we believe that your account poses a risk to the security or integrity of our app.

3. Appropriate Use:
   You agree to use our dating app for personal and lawful purposes only. You will not use our app to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or offensive activities. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting or sharing any content that is illegal, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.

4. User Content:
   Our app allows users to post, upload, and share content. You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit or post on our app. However, by submitting or posting content on our app, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the app.
   

   • Content that we do not allow:
     - language or image that is offensive or is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person
     - pornographic, obscene, violent or otherwise may offend human dignity
     - encourages any illegal activity including, without limitation, terrorism, inciting racial hatred.
     - relates to commercial activities, involves the transmission of “junk” mail or “spam”
     - contains any spyware, adware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programs or other malicious code designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of or disrupt any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers or other equipment
     - is harmful for minors
     - impersonates any other person, including falsely stating your name

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Auto-Renewal:

   a. Some features and services offered on our dating app may require payment, including subscription plans. By purchasing or subscribing to these paid features or services, you agree to pay the specified fees and charges associated with them.

   b. All payments made on our app are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us or our third-party payment processors to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

   c. Subscriptions to certain features or services on our app may be offered on a recurring basis. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the specified recurring fees for the selected duration.

   d. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date. You authorize us or our third-party payment processors to automatically charge your payment method for the renewal fees.

   e. You can manage your subscriptions, including canceling auto-renewal, through your phone settings or by contacting our customer support. Cancellation requests must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next subscription period.

   f. We are not responsible for any charges incurred due to your failure to cancel the auto-renewal feature or update your subscription settings in a timely manner.

   g. We reserve the right to change the fees, subscription plans, or features at any time. Any changes to the payment or subscription terms will be effective upon notice provided to you or posted on our app.

   i. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription, access to our app, or account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if your subscription payment fails to process.

   j. You acknowledge that cancelling your subscription may result in the loss of certain features or services associated with the subscription, and we shall not be liable for any such loss.

   k. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental levies or charges applicable to your use of our paid features or services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities related to such taxes or charges.

   l. In the event of any disputes related to payments, billing, or subscriptions, please contact our customer support for resolution.

6. User Conduct:
